Made in the 1970s, this vintage Oroton Glomesh Cigarette Case features a timeless silver finish, a testament to the craftsmanship of the era. Made in Germany, this piece not only speaks to the quality of its origin but also captures the essence of a bygone period.Β Β 

Oroton, an Australian brand, became famous for its glomesh productsβ€”fine metal mesh accessories from the 1950s onwards.Β The rise of social smoking in lounges, casinos, and cocktail parties made these cases both fashionable and functional, featuring a hard-shell with a snap closure, designed to hold cigarettes neatly inside a metal frame.

In later years, as smoking declined in popularity, cigarette cases became less common, and many were repurposed as card holders or small clutches.

Domestic tracking will update as soon as your parcel is collected by Australia Post - and should arrive within 5-7 days (regular post) or 3-5 days (express post) from pick up. International orders may take up to 7 days once picked up. Tracking will be sent accordingly.
